About
Digital help you can actually trust.
Digital Help Desk connects Scottish businesses with vetted local specialists who fix digital problems properly — no jargon, no run-around, no overseas queue.
Why we built this
Every small business runs on digital now — a website, email, a card reader, a social account, a listing on Google. When one of those breaks, it costs real money and real hours. And when you go looking for help, the market is a fog: agencies that never call back, freelancers who vanish, “experts” who talk over your head, and no easy way to tell the trustworthy from the rest.
We think finding good digital help should be as simple as describing the problem. So that’s what we built. You tell us what’s wrong in plain English. We match you with a Scotland-based specialist who has done exactly this before. They fix it, explain it, and leave you steadier than before.
Behind the desk
Built on real experience.
Digital Help Desk is founded by Rene Luper, who has spent years helping Scottish organisations get to grips with the web, SEO, AI and digital marketing through his Inverness agency, Tuminds. It’s that hands-on track record — and the network of specialists built alongside it — that Digital Help Desk is built on.
The idea is simple: take that expertise and make it reachable for the everyday business owner who just needs something fixed, without signing up for a training course or a retainer.

No jargon, no talking down, no baffling you into a bigger bill. If we can’t explain it simply, we haven’t understood it yet.
—
