Digital help you can actually trust.

Why we built Digital Help Desk

Every small business runs on digital now — a website, email, a card reader, a social account, a listing on Google. When one of those breaks, it costs real money and real hours. And when you go looking for help, the market is a fog: agencies that never call back, freelancers who vanish, "experts" who talk over your head, and no easy way to tell the trustworthy from the rest. That's the problem Digital Help Desk exists to solve.

We think finding good digital help should be as simple as describing the problem. So that's what we built. You tell us what's wrong in plain English. We match you with a Scotland-based specialist who has done exactly this before. They fix it, explain it, and leave you steadier than before.

Behind the desk

Digital Help Desk is built on real experience

Rene Looper founded Digital Help Desk after spending over 20 years helping Scottish organisations get to grips with the web, SEO, AI and digital marketing through his Inverness agency, Tuminds. That hands-on track record, and the network of specialists he built alongside it, form the foundation Digital Help Desk stands on.

The idea is simple: take that expertise and make it reachable for the everyday business owner who just needs something fixed, without signing up for a training course or a retainer.

What we stand for

The rules Digital Help Desk works by

Local and accountable

Every specialist we work with lives and works in Scotland, passes our vetting process, and answers for their work. You always know who's helping you.

Plain English, always

No jargon, no talking down, no baffling you into a bigger bill. If we can’t explain it simply, we haven’t understood it yet.

Your business stays yours

You keep ownership of your website, accounts and data. We’re here to help you, not to lock you in.

Let’s get your digital sorted.

Whatever’s slowing you down, start by telling us about it.
